The Hyde Park City Planning Commission is seeking public input on draft Future Land Use Maps. The Future Land Use Map will be used to help the Planning Commission and City Council make decisions about zoning in the future when they get rezone applications. The map does not change any existing zoning in the city when adopted into the general plan. It is a decision-making tool and is not binding like the actual zoning map. The Commission and City Council will choose a map to be added to the Hyde Park City General Plan after they receive comments. Any comments can be expressed at the meeting on September 4, or via email to cityoffice@hpcutah.gov.
