100-200 Miler Club

The goal this year is to build active lifestyles and promote physical activity. An added challenge for those returning club members:  increase your time by 20% over last year.  100 miles = 120 miles this year.  Remember - 15minutes of exercise equals 1 mile.  
Walk, bike, hike, swim or row your way to a cool 100 Miler or 200 Miler T-shirt.
